About Me

Hi, and welcome to Linna's Little House!

Please allow me to introduce myself:

I am a simple mom living a simple life trying to be a simple follower of Christ and His plan for my life. I figured out a long time ago that His plans are definitely not my plans. His plan has led me to be a homeschooling mom and also a Scentsy/Velata/Grace Adele Director. His plan has given me two awesome boys, Edison and Jamison, and my wonderful husband, Jason. In my simple little life, I always have a million things to do but always seem to get them done. I love the Lord with all my heart and try to follow Him daily and this blog is part of His new adventure for me in His grand plan.

My Brood

I am married to a fireman and my high school sweetheart!  We have two amazing boys, Big Brother 13 and Little Man, 11.  They are currently in 8th and 5th grade.

About our Little House

We live on 100 acres in the heart of East Texas.  We have lots of chickens, we keep bees, love to garden and make things from scratch.  We run our own sawmill and make custom wood products.  We love to cook whole foods.  We are also a homeschool family and love to learn new things together.  

This blog will cover homeschooling and lots of other fun aspects of our daily lives.  I hope that you find this blog inspiring and helpful in many ways.  My hope is that the contents of this blog will be a true blessing to your family.
